Regenesis Scientific Strategy, LLC uses the information you send so we can reply, assess fit, and scope Clinical and Medical Affairs work. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you subscribe to The Regenesis Review.
What we collect
Contact details (name, role, email, phone, company), and information you provide about the device, indication, stage, and Clinical and Medical Affairs need — including the project intake form hosted on Microsoft Forms and notes sent through this website.
Do not send patient-identifying information or other protected health information. Describe the program at the company and device level.
How we use it
To respond to you, run a fit conversation, write a proposal, and keep a business record of the engagement. Microsoft hosts the intake form; responses are delivered to Regenesis Scientific Strategy. Microsoft is not the party deciding how we use your answers.
Who sees it
Regenesis Scientific Strategy consultants working on the inquiry. Exclusive partners (for example biostatistics, reimbursement, or regulatory) see only what is needed if you ask us to involve them. We do not share intake responses for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become an engagement are kept only as long as needed to reply and for ordinary business records. Engagement files follow the contract and applicable record-keeping requirements.
